The Kiwanis Club of Duluth, Georgia participated in the 2011 Duluth Fall Festival during the last weekend of September as a food vendor. The club raised $1,200 (after expenses) and we sold out everything by end of Sunday. Check out our photo gallery of the event by clicking here.

Not only was the two-day festival an opportunity to raise money for the club, it also was an opportunity for the club to have some great visibility in the community. The streets and sidewalks were jammed with an estimated 80,000-100,000 visitors to the festival as visitors explored the various arts and crafts booths, rode carnival rides and sampled many of the festival's food fare over the weekend.

Thank you to all the club volunteers who helped with setting up and running the booth, and also thank you to our Key Club volunteers who worked in the booth as well.
